We enjoyed last year's skiing trip so much that we booked two nights at the Hammerlehaus (the name of our cosy cabin) instead of one, doubling our skiing time. That made the three-hour drive even more worthwhile. The weekend began with lunch together on Friday. In the evenings, we all cooked together. Given the quantities needed for the size of our team, we had to get creative in the kitchen and ended up serving the Bolognese in a giant paella pan. It all worked out: everyone was full and happy at the end.

The weather was perfect all weekend, so we spent the days outdoors as much as possible on our skis and snowboards. The conversations we had with each other were particularly enjoyable. "Sunshine, laughter, good conversations and lots of mountain spirit" is how Tabea from our HR team summed up the weekend. None of this would have been possible without her fantastic organization – so thank you very much, Tabea!

Overall, our ski weekend was a resounding success for the second time running. That means: We have already booked the lodge again for next year. Vorarlberg 2027, here we come!
